There is a parking garage available at the rear of Monarch Plaza.
In the parking garage, you can park on any level, however the building entrance you want to use is on Parking Garage Level 4 – Lobby. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the lobby level. Once you enter the Monarch Plaza building from the parking garage, you will walk thru the main lobby hallway. At the building security desk, you will take the elevator to the 8th floor. We are located in Suite 800 in the Monarch Plaza Building.
Parking in this garage costs $1 per 15 minutes. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the facility for validation.
